SEO Copywriting – What I See Too A Lot Of

I have come across, read, and published numerous search engine optimization copy writings. I have written search engine optimization copy for ranking purposes. I have written search engine marketing copy for sales letters, and I’ve even authored search engine optimisation press releases. What I continually see from other seo copywriting professionals is dangerous search engine marketing copywriting material.

Why? Most people do not take the time to learn SEO copywriting, period. They generally try to make it a commercial about their own company, or they stuff it (their article) to the brim with keywords. Both are deadly mistakes, but let’s look at the second problem first.

I have talked about stuffing an internet web page with keywords, but to be honest, it is really more common with writing that goes up on other websites for back linking purposes. Why? I have no idea. It is past me why somebody would put their work on another person’s page with little to no likelihood of getting paid to do it. But this occurs all the time, key phrase stuffing does not help your article be seen on the web, it usually means that article will not by seen by anyone (because no one will put it up on their website).

The other problem with padding your writing with key phrases is the fact that it sounds like it was not naturally made. If someone needs to stop reading after every 5 seconds, then you have a problem. Let us remember that ultimately all content material is generated for the end user, not for a robot. I believe that if more people considered this fact (including myself) the world of the internet probably would not be so cluttered.

When you’re writing search engine marketing copy you probably want someone to stop by and read that material. So the golden rule is to make sure that thing is readable. If you’re stuffing 15 keywords in a hundred word write up, then you are going to have problems. You have to be smart about what you’re writing and it’s a must to make it usable for the end user. So in case you’re writing about “the finest dentist in Portland“, “the finest SEO in Portland“, or anything else as a keyword, then you must write readable materials that do not have fifteen different key phrases strewn about it.
